The manufacturer, distributor or importer obligation is to have the documentation of the finished product, which will be made available on the market. We verify our Clients’ documentation for formal and legal correctness. The main aim of that is to evaluate the safety report. We verify the contents of the labels in terms of formal and legal correctness, with particular emphasis on marketing statements/declarations. We assist our Clients in creating the concept and writing marketing texts.ASSESSMENT ON THE SAFETY OF THE COSMETICS
Each cosmetic product, before the first time implemented on the market, should be evaluated for the safety in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EC) No. 1223/2009 of 30 November 2009 on cosmetic products.In an assessing safety report the assessment shall be subject to toxicological profiles used in the recipe ingredients, and the results of tests such as physicochemical, dermatological, applicational, will be analyzed and challenged, as well as a test of the compatibility of the mass with the packaging.
As the result of taking into account the toxicological characteristics of the ingredients, their chemical structure and the extent of its contact with the human body, analyzing the characteristics of places in which the cosmetic is applied, you can determine whether the tested cosmetic does not adversely affect the safety of human health.
